In the garage, straighten up, paint, fix or wash doors, floor and windows. With your plumbing, repair dripping faucets, leaky toilets, broken tub drains, and recaulk where necessary. With heating and cooling, clean exterior of unit, service and keep records. Lights-replace all burned out bulbs, faulty switches, and use extra bright bulbs in dark areas of home. In the halls and stairs, remove any clutter to give wide appearances and vacuum often. With respect to hardware, oil hinges, tighten door knobs, repair or replace broken locks. In general, dust, wash, paint, and fix all defects.
