Our goal is to get the best price in the shortest period of time with the least amount of inconvenience to you. Because many agents don't offer a significant, proven marketing program, they will often try to "buy" the listing. This means that the agent will initially recommend a very handsome and attractive price to get the seller to list with them. Then, after the agent has the listing and the house hasn't sold because of an inflated or unrealistic price, the agent will then recommend having the seller lower it. These agents, along with the slue who keep calling you, are simply transaction driven. They care only about their needs not yours.

Our sellers are provided all the necessary information and data to make an educated, informed decision in setting the price of your home. YOU make the final decision. We recommend our sellers price their home at a fair price without taking the price too high, since over pricing can be costly. With our sellers, we always tell them what they need to hear not just what they want to hear. Then they can decide for themselves what their house should actually sell for, and what kind of net that asking price will generate. Unlike other agents, our pricing is based more on replacement and reproduction costs than against "comps" in your own area. Why? Because we understand value. Think about it. The only time a purchaser would even look at the "comps," is when they are willing to write an offer. Unless your home makes it to this stage, you have most likely already been eliminated from consideration. We won't let that happen to you!
